panic attacks!

* Rapid breathing, but difficult getting breath* Tightness in the chest* very rapid heart rate* Sweating* tingling or numbness* feeling faint* feeling of unreality* visual problems/blurred vision* rigid muscles/cramps* sudden emotional outbusrts, eg crying* Feeling to hot or too coldThese believe it or not can all be symptoms of a panic attack, panic attacks are harmless, no one has ever come to any harm as a direct result of having a panic attack.It will pass, most people do suffer from a panic attack at some point in their lives- its nothing to worry about.
